I'm currently battling my first big temptation of this current journey.
We had cookies in the office today; they didn't tempt me.
We ate dinner out the other day; I wasn't tempted to drink a soda with my meal.
There've been chips in the kitchen; I haven't been tempted to grab a handful or two.
However, we had hamburgers for dinner tonight and it has been so difficult for me to not go grab a second one. When I was pregnant, I always craved hamburgers and hot dogs. I don't know why, but they're just a weakness for me.
I have a caloric surplus of 400 for the day, but that won't cover the burger, bun, and cheese. So, I'm blogging and giving myself a nice pep talk on the advantages of NOT eating that burger.
