Day 12; good progress and some loss!

It's been 12 days of no soda and low calorie meal consumption and so far, so good.
It actually hasn't been too difficult this week at all.

One day, I had to go to Wendy's to get some lunch for Nick and I had to really think about not getting something for me. I debated... maybe a baked potato? A grilled chicken sandwich? But, I had lunch at work (yay for mason jar salads!), and a friend convinced me that I didn't need anything. I was able to successfully leave with nothing for myself!

Last night, we went out to dinner - mexican food! I ended up getting fajitas and based on the calculations from my fitness pal, I still remained under my calorie goal for the day.

Today, I didn't get a chance to eat anything until 2pm, and I ended up with a sub from a local place. I ate half for lunch, then half for dinner. To the best I could figure, it was roughly 1100 calories for the whole thing. Normally, that would be a lot, but that was all I had for the whole day!

I've been really concerned about not getting enough calories, and today was the same. I ended up eating some yogurt, which really hit the spot, but I'm still under 1200 (1194).

I did show a little loss though, and I'm really excited about that!
